In the fast-moving world of international STEM capital projects, we enable delivery and mitigate our customers’ risks. Our PMO ensures appropriate and consistent processes are followed; our risk and compliance team leaders ensure the correct candidate and client engagement methodology is utilised by region, and our analysts supply insightful data, cost and performance reporting. The department reports into our Operations Board with status and actions required delivered on a project-by-project basis.

This team includes leaders from within our Solutions Architecture and Operational Management areas. Our team of experts diagnose stakeholder challenges and interpret what a successful outcome would look like. The leaders develop clear and compelling plans, design processes, configure systems and allocate resource teams for all aspects of consultancy, workforce or project-based solutions. This team balances workloads and supports the overall project owner for the whole project life cycle, from diagnosis through mobilisation, until assignment or project completion.
