Throughout her journey, she has played a key role in attracting and hiring talent across the business, supporting STR’s growth ambitions. Combining hands-on recruitment expertise with a strong understanding of workforce planning, talent attraction, and candidate experience, Iona is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating recruitment processes that deliver results.
Leadership: As Head of Talent Acquisition, Iona leads the strategy and delivery of hiring across the Group, working closely with business leaders to identify talent needs, strengthen recruitment performance, and support long-term business growth. She is instrumental in attracting exceptional talent into the organisation, developing innovative sourcing strategies, elevating candidate experience, and driving continuous improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.
