- Experience: Clair leads the organisation’s external and internal communications, shaping how the business is positioned in the market and engages its people. Her remit spans blogs, reports, articles, press releases, award submissions, events and the company newsletter, as well as wider Group communications. Through this, Clair ensures consistent, high-quality messaging that reinforces STR Group’s brand, supports business development and showcases expertise across its specialist markets. Previously, Clair managed the Bids team before transitioning into a communications-focused role.
- Leadership: Clair plays a key leadership role in shaping STR Group’s people and culture agenda as a member of the EDI Board. She contributes to the development and implementation of the company’s equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, specialising in inclusive language use, and helping to embed practices and drive meaningful progress across the organisation. Her ability to combine strategic communication with culture and engagement supports both the Group’s external reputation and internal employee experience.
