Events and Marketing Assistant

• Supporting the development of the Blackfield Associates website, including its content, messaging and user experience 
• Helping position Blackfield as a specialist consultancy and workforce solutions partner 
• Managing and growing Blackfield’s presence across LinkedIn and Instagram 
• Creating engaging content, including blogs, videos, market updates, client stories and career insights 
• Developing content plans and posting schedules for the Senior Leadership Team and consultants 
• Producing marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies and capability documents 
• Assisting with salary surveys, contractor rate guides, market reports and industry insights 
• Supporting campaigns that strengthen Blackfield’s employer brand and attract recruiters, consultants and technical professionals 
• Helping plan, coordinate and promote client, recruitment and industry events 
• Monitoring campaign and social media performance, producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve engagement 

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications, content or digital marketing role 
• Experience creating content for social media, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram 
• A good understanding of brand consistency and audience-focused messaging 
• A creative mindset and willingness to suggest new ideas 
• An interest in B2B marketing, recruitment, professional services or the life sciences sector
