Experience: Gary Cane began his career with STR in 2014, joining Talos in June 2015 as a Lead Recruitment Consultant specialising in automation. Over the past decade, he has developed extensive expertise supporting clients across a wide range of automation-driven industries. His sector knowledge, combined with a strong understanding of the technical skills required within highly specialised engineering environments, has enabled him to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. In August 2023, Gary relocated to Michigan to strengthen Talos’ presence in the US, expanding the business’s reach and supporting the growing demand for automation talent across North America.
