Experience: Ben began his career with STR as a Senior Recruitment Consultant after 6 years’ experience working for a competitor. He quickly progressed to Lead Consultant, which allowed the business to hire additional consultants, delivering permanent hiring solutions to our customers in Europe and the US. Ben progressed to Operations Manager, responsible for developing his team, implementing permanent hiring solutions, and further penetrating our global markets. The combination of Ben’s knowledge of our processes and the markets he and his team operate in, plus his hunger to be better every day, positions us to diagnose and solve our customers’ complex hiring challenges.
Leadership: Ben’s leadership style is solutions-driven, client-focused, and highly strategic. As Operations Manager leading the permanent hiring team, he prioritises building efficient, high-performing recruitment processes that deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates. He empowers his team through clear direction, collaboration and accountability, while maintaining a proactive, adaptable approach to solving challenges and driving continuous improvement.
