- Experience: Callum began his career with STR/Blackfield in October 2019, starting as a Consultant covering a European desk. Callum was tasked with supporting the expansion plans within Europe to make Blackfield Associates a known life science specialist resource provider. Callum helped spearhead our expansion in Europe, working in large CAPEX projects throughout Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Callum transitioned into an Associate Director role, becoming a compliance SME, and supporting the brand’s growth in the USA. Callum is now Client Services Director, providing clients with new solutions and work packages for CAPEX projects.
- Leadership: In Callum’s current function, he provides day-to-day leadership within sales for Blackfield Associates. Callum also supports the wider Group, sitting on the Group’s Client Growth Board. He is responsible for the growth of our solutions function, providing specialist resource support for all our major projects and driving our outsourcing models and technical knowledge to execute on a global scale.
