Experience: Debbie has over 25 years of recruitment experience, beginning her career specialising in engineering and manufacturing. While she has worked across a range of sectors, her expertise has been predominantly within Aerospace and Defence. Debbie joined STR Group as Operations Manager, tasked with growing the Aerospace & Defence business and developing the team. She quickly transitioned into a Client Relationship Manager role, where her passion for building partnerships and delivering exceptional client service came to the fore. Her expertise includes major account management, RPO and MSP delivery, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and driving operational efficiencies through a solutions-focused approach. Following her success in client services, Debbie was promoted to Client Services Director and subsequently Group Relationship Director.
Leadership: Throughout her career, Debbie has demonstrated a collaborative and supportive leadership style, built on leading by example and sharing her knowledge and experience with others. She enjoys mentoring and coaching colleagues, helping individuals develop their skills and achieve their goals while contributing to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Debbie combines a strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering results and maintaining high standards of service. Her focus on relationship building, service excellence, and driving positive outcomes has helped both clients and colleagues achieve long-term success.
