- Experience: Following studies in Computer Science at university, Kam Khalighi began his career at Blackfield Associates, specialising in CQV delivery within pharmaceutical CAPEX projects. Over the course of his time with the business, he has progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, and Operations Manager, and is now an Operations Director, responsible for overseeing Blackfield Associates’ global expansion.
- Leadership: Kam has played a key role in the evolution of the business from traditional recruitment delivery towards a more consultative, solutions-led model, with an increasing focus on SOW, project delivery, and strategic workforce solutions within the life sciences sector. In his current role, he is responsible for driving operational performance, improving delivery capability, and supporting the development of scalable service offerings aligned to the changing needs of global clients.
