Experience: Tom joined Blackfield Associates in 2015, transitioning to sister company Blackedge Consulting in 2021 after spending many years focusing on traditional engineering and manufacturing recruitment. The move facilitated the realisation of a vision and ambition to broaden the company’s horizons from a successful base in life science to similarly highly regulated design and build projects within the world of data centres across Europe. A strong advocate of technological advancement in conjunction with sustainability, Tom believes it’s his responsibility to ensure his clients are exposed to the very best calibre skill sets to ensure their projects are delivered on time, to spec and within budget.
Leadership: Tom leads the client-facing activity across several key areas within the data centre and mission-critical design & build space. From managing key account relationships, spearheading traditional contingent permanent and contract recruitment projects, to participating in SOW tenders and delivery, Tom is focused on driving forward Blackedge’s presence in its specialist markets.
