Experience: Helen Harvey brings over 30 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, having held senior management and director-level roles within corporate environments before moving into independent consulting. Since 2007, she has worked as a coach, mentor and trainer, supporting recruitment businesses and leaders, and partnering with the REC to deliver accredited training programmes. Her experience spans leadership development, operational excellence and embedding best practice, built on extensive industry knowledge and hands-on expertise.
Leadership: As a Board Adviser at STR Group, Helen supports senior leadership through mentoring and strategic guidance. She sits on the Shareholder Advisory Board, contributing to governance and business direction, while focusing on developing leadership capability across the organisation. Her leadership centres on nurturing high-potential talent, particularly female managers and emerging leaders, helping to strengthen long-term capability and performance across the Group.
