Working together to solve skills challenges in today’s society
At the STR Group and our specialist recruitment brands, we partner with different organisations, charities, non-profits and accreditors to address skills challenges facing candidates and companies around the world.
As part of urban’s (our Architecture & Interior Design division’s) commitment to BeMore inclusive, we have launched the #BeMoreInclusive programme with Blueprint for All (formally known as the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust) to support young people from under-represented backgrounds into architecture and to help built environment employers to access a more diverse workforce.
Our Life Science’s division, Blackfield Associates, partners with In2scienceUK to empower more disadvantaged young people to choose and achieve their goals within the STEM sector. Together we launched and now manage the Access2science programme, the programme is helping to level the playing field and give young people a first step into a rewarding professional career.
RBDStride is a partnership between Rail Business Daily and Stride, our rail and construction division. The RDBStride partnership allows us to deliver a comprehensive recruitment service to our clients and candidates, as well as bespoke training and brand promotion opportunities for our clients.
Being a part of the Armed Forces Covenant represents Insignis’ commitment to helping those who have served and their families, when looking for future roles.
